Paper Crafting Blog Hop-September 2021-Happy Birthday Theme- Sharing Sunshine Stamp Set

Welcome to the Paper Crafting Monthly Blog Hop for September where our theme is Happy Birthday!  We are a group of Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators from around the world here to share our project with you so that you can gain inspiration and creativity.  You can hop along with us and build your wish list and then contact your demonstrator to order what you loved and must have.  You may have arrived from Maureen's blog and she shared a wonderful project with us this month.

I have chosen to use the Sharing Sunshine stamp set to make my card for you today for a birthday card.  This is such a cute stamp set to make cards with.  My card base is Daffodil Delight and is cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scored a 4 1/4".  My Melon Mambo layer is cut at 4" x 5 1/4".  My DSP is from the hostess pack in the Annual Catalog and it cut at 3 7/8" x 5 1/8".  My next Daffodil Delight layer is cut at 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" and then my Pool Party layer is 3" x 4".  I used the Dots from the Checks & Dots embossing folders on my Pool Party layer and then gave it some wink of stella shine.

I then took two scraps of Basic White card stock and used the Basic Borders dies and made two layers of clouds for my front smaller layers.  I used Pool Party Ink with a blending brush to give them some color before layering them on my front Pool Party layer.  My sunshine is cut from Daffodil Delight paper using the Layering Circle dies. Then stamped with Daffodil Delight, Memento Black and Melon Mambo inks and then glued on.

I popped up the entire small front layer on the card using dimensionals after adding some Pool Party sheer ribbon across and after stamping my sentiment on the front of the clouds.  I then added some rhinestones to finish off the front.  This got put on the bigger layers of Melon Mambo and DSP that were added to the card base.

For the inside I have a piece of Basic White cardstock cut at 4" x 5 1/4".  I stamped my sentiment in Memento Black and then added the sunshine rays around it using Daffodil Delight!

I hope you have enjoyed my card today and I hope that you have gained some inspiration and creativity from me if you have this set.
