Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop June 2021- Let Your Color Shine- Color & Contour Stamp Set

Hello and thank you for joining  Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop this month. You are currently visiting Krissi Hannahs' blog and I am from the United States and live in Florida. Our theme this month is Let Your Color Shine, and I have created a fun card for you featuring all the 5 new In-Colors for 2021-2023 and the Color & Contour Stamp Set and Scalloped Contours Dies.

My card base is Fresh Freesia, followed by a layer of Soft Succulent and then the die cut piece is Basic White.  I stamped the outline daisy in Polished Pink and the solid image in Pale Papaya.  I added the leaves in Soft Succulent and finished by adding the Fresh Freesia to fill the background in.  My sentiment was added using Evening Evergreen.  I finished the front by adding the new In-Color gems as well for some bling.

For the inside I used all the same colors for stamping as the outside and brought the design to the inside of the card as well.

I hope you have enjoyed the project that I have shared with you today and enjoyed my version of Let Your Color Shine.  You can find the entire Blog Hop List Below to hop along for my inspiration and creativity.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop- June 2021- Daisy Lane & Best Wishes Stamp Sets

Hello and Welcome to another Paper Crafting Blog Hop, where Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators from around the world are coming together to showcase some birthday projects for everyone!  We are happy to have you with us and join us on this hop!  As I said we are showcasing any type of birthday project for you today, so you should get a good variety and great inspiration! You may have arrived from Terri Stewart's blog, and her project was just wonderful.

I have chosen to use the Daisy Lane Stamp Set and I am pairing it with the Best Year Stamp set as well.  I will be using both the small and large daisy punches, as well as the all new In Color Shimmer Vellum and some DSP from the Host item Pattern Party 12x12 paper pack. This paper is an amazing value.

My card base is a piece of Thick Basic White cut at 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2".  My first layer is Basic Black cut at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8", followed by Polished Pink cut at 4"x 5 1/4", and then my DSP is cut at 2" x 5 1/4" to layer on the Polished Pink.  I ran the Polished Pink layer through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder.

I then stamped some large and small daisies from the Daisy Lane stamp set on basic white scraps in polished pink ink.  I stamped 2 large and 4 small daisies.  I punched them out with the coordinating daisy punches and also punched some daisies in the polished pink shimmer vellum as well. I layered the daises to make them look fuller using Liquid Multipurpose glue.  I used one of the Tasteful Labels dies for my front sentiment and stamped it with Memento Black ink from the Best Year stamp set.  I attached my label and daisies using dimensionals.

For my inside I used Memento ink to stamp my sentiment from Best Year and added two small daisies stamped in Polished Pink ink as well. I think it was a good way to complete the card and carry over the outside of the card.

I hope you have enjoyed my project I shared with you today and that you gain inspiration from me or any of the others participating in the hop today! We love to have you hop with us, and while comments are not necessary they are greatly appreciated!  Click the picture below to continue on the hop with Joy Nelson to see what wonderful project she is sharing with us today.

Bruno & Kylie Bertucci Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop- June 2021- Expressions in Ink

Hello and thank you for joining us today for our Demonstrator Training Blog Hop this month! We have some great customer and team member Thank You cards to share with you today! We have talented Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators worldwide here that will give you great ideas to take and make your own creations with!

I have chosen to use the Expressions in Ink Suite from the catalog, which features the Artistically Inked Stamp Set and Artistic Dies, along with the gorgeous Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I am also using the New Gold 6x6 Metallic Specialty Paper as well today for my card. I also used the Tasteful Labels Dies as well for my sentiment.

My card base is Evening Evergreen and is cut at 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2".  My layer is Just Jade and is cut at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8", and my DSP layer is 4" x 5 1/4".  I adhered the DSP to the Just Jade and then both layers to my card base using Multipurpose glue.

I cut the large leaf die with the Fold Metallic paper and die cut that out.  To adhere it I used multipurpose glue with a sponge and added glue using my silicone mat.  I stamped my sentiment in Evening Evergreen ink onto a label and popped it with dimensionals.  Not much to this card, but I feel the DSP makes the card enough on it's own. Simple to make and easy to duplicate.

For the inside I used the large inky looking image from the stamp set and stamped it on basic white cut at 4" x 5 1/4" first in Evening Evergreen ink and then again in Just Jade over the top moved in slightly.  I like the effect it gives and no naked inside of my card. I adhered this with multipurpose glue and my card is now complete.

I hope you enjoyed my card today and will check out the hop and look to other blogs for inspiration on Thank You cards you may need.

The Spot Creative Challenge #164- Masculine Cards- Beauty of Friendship Stamp Set & Dies

I am taking part in a blog hop but on by The Spot Creative, this is challenge #164.  These are weekly challenges put on by a group of Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators, and you can find the challenges HERE. These challenges are a great way to gain inspiration for different types of cards or techniques, with this week being a masculine theme. Not sure about all of you, but I struggle to make masculine cards of all types, as I always want to embellish and bling a card out.

I chose to use the Beauty of Friendship Stamp Set and Beautiful Trees dies for my card, and my sentiment came from Best Year.  I chose Early Espresso as my card base cut a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4".  My Bumblebee layer is cut at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and my DSP layer is cut at 4" x 5 1/4".  You will need scraps of Crumb Cake and Basic White in order to stamp the trees and leaves.  You will also need a piece of Basic White cut at 4" x 51/4" for the inside as well.

The ink color for the trees stamped on Crumb Cake is Early Espresso, stamped off once first.  For the leaves, I started with Mossy Meadow and stamped off first, followed by Crushed Curry also stamped off once and then Bumblebee full strength. I rotated the stamp slightly each time so they were not perfectly lined up. My sentiments, inside and out are stamped in Early Espresso as well.  I used Multipurpose glue on everyone except the front leaves and front sentiment, which I used dimensionals for.

I hope you have enjoyed my inspiration today for a masculine card, and that perhaps have inspired you to make a masculine card or join the next Spot Creative Challenge with us.
