Paper Crafting Blog Hop- May 2021- Male Thinking of You- Handsomely Suited Suite

Thank you for joining us on our Blog Hop today with Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators from around the globe! We are happy to have you with us!  This month we are all featuring thinking of you cards/projects for the men in your life, using all current products from either the Spring Mini or New Annual catalog!  We hop each month providing a new theme to give you all inspiration and to use your products! You have have arrived from Terri's blog, and she had a lovely project to share with us!  Please use the hop list below to complete the hop and gain great ideas and inspiration to use your own crafting supplies with!

I chose to use the Handsomely Suited Suite of projects from the mini catalog that is still current until the beginning of June, but the stamp set and die bundle are carrying over in the annual catalog. The DSP is not, so buy it now if you need it!

I have a quick and easy fun fold to share with you today. You will use a piece of cardstock cut at 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2" and 6 3/4".  Your coordinating color of cardstock for layering will be cut at 4" x 4" and 1"x 4".  Your DSP will be cut at 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" and 3/4" x 3 3/4", pay attention to way patterns go when cutting this!  You will also want a piece of 4" x 4" Basic White or neutral for the inside layer. You will also need scraps of basic white for your stamping and die cutting pieces about 3" or so.

The fun fold part comes in the score lines. You use your adhesive of choice and glue them together and it creates a book bind!  If you are adding ribbon or such do it before you glue them together!  I didn't add any as this is a manly card!

I stamped my sentiments in Pacific Point and Night of Navy for the bow ties.  My outside sentiment uses the Stitched with Whimsy dies and measures 2 1/2" x 2 1/2".  My bow ties are stamped in Night of Navy and then cut out with the dies for the outside and just stamped on the inside layer.

To finish the card off I added the sentiments on front and bow ties with dimensionals, and added two black matte dots to the bow ties!

I hope you have enjoyed my card today and that it inspires you to make this fun fold with the products that you have on hand!  This fun fold is easy to make and can me made using so many of our wonderful products and bundles and suites we have! Next, click the next button to be taken to Joy's blog and see her amazing project this month. The entire hop is great so be sure to complete it. We hope you will join us next month as well for some amazing new ideas!

Bruno & Kylie Bertucci's Demo Training Blog Hop May 2021- Sweet As A Peach

Hello and thank you for joining us today for our Demonstrator Training Blog Hop this month! We have some great customer and team member Thank You cards to share with you today! We have talented Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators worldwide here that will give you great ideas to take and make your own creations with!

I have chosen to use the new Sweet As a Peach Suite featured in the new Annual Catalog.  I am featuring a cute and simple fun fold card.  My card base is Calypso Coral cut at 4 1/4" x 7 1/4", scored at 1 3/4".  My Pale Papaya layers are cut at 3" x 3 3/4" and also 1 1/8" x 3 7/8".  My Basic White layers are cut at 4" x 5 1/4" and 2 3/4" x 3 1/2".  My DSP is cut at 1 1/2" x 4" and 3/4" x 4".

I stamped the flowers from the Peach stamp set once off in Pale Papaya on my smaller Basic White Layer and then my sentiment in Memento ink.  My inside I did the same thing.

I used Pale Papaya ribbon to add to the small fold and tied a know after I added my layers of cardstock and DSP.  I then adhered my Pale Papaya and Basic white layer with dimensionals only on left side so the card would open.  I finished it off by using the brand new embellishment Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials and using my Dark Pale Papaya blend to color them.

I hope you enjoyed my card and cute fold today! I hope you will hop along with us.  These demos have great inspiration to share with you.  You can find the complete hop list below.

2021-2022 Annual Catalog Blog Hop

This blog hop is all about the NEW Annual catalog and NEW products that are in it. We are happy you have joined our Blog Hop, featuring Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrators from around the world sharing their new product projects with you!

I chose to make a card using the brand new stamp set called Color & Contour, and feature the new In-Colors in my card.  I stamped my background using several stamps from Color & Contour and all the new In-Colors.  I also used the brand new Scalloped Contours Dies which is part of the Color & Contour bundle.

My card base is in Fresh Freesia, cut at 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2".  My Polished pink layer is cut using the largest Scalloped Contours Dies, but measures right at 4" x 5 1/4". My Basic White layer is cut at 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" and then I used the Trio punch to round the corners after I stamped.

I used the smallest die to stamp my sentiment in Evening Evergreen and popped that up with dimensionals over the Soft Succulent ribbon I adhered to the white and pink layers.  To finish off the front I used some of the new In-Color Jewels for a bit of bling.

For the inside I used a piece of Basic White cut at 4" x 5 1/4" and stamped my sentiment in Evening Evergreen again. I believe in no naked insides for my cards. :)

I hope you have enjoyed my card I made today for this hop. I hope you will continue hopping with us by clicking on the list below to complete your hop!
